Rodolfo Bracho
Clinical Intern
Hi, I'm Rodolfo (he/him), a bilingual Mexican-American clinical intern from Adler’s Master's in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. After many years in Mexico’s medical field, I retired and now help people through talk therapy at Arcus.
I enjoy aiding people in understanding their problems. In the past, I devoted myself to the underprivileged, but I’m interested in people from all walks of life. I seem to connect best with adults and older teens on their concerns related to identity, life changes, adjustments, and relationships. I want to support clients in finding meaning in their work and in trying to appreciate the present moment. This implies, of course, treating anxieties, depression, childhood trauma, certain emotional responses, obsessions, and misconceptions.
My approach emphasizes understanding one's place in social contexts, focusing on individual potential, with genuine interest, trying to explore and find meaning and connection with others in our lives. Discovering hope in every life experience is awesome.
